About Girl Power Ministries

Girl Power Ministries is an international women’s organization established in July 2005 and has its head quarters at Miracle Center Cathedral in Kampala, Uganda. The uniqueness of this organization lies in its diverse inter-denominational composition and its emphasis on the complementary role of women in society.

Girl Power prides itself in recognizing that women were uniquely fashioned by God to play a complementary rather than competitive role alongside men to achieve the greater good of society. We believe that the first ministry to the woman in the bible was the ministry of helps because the Lord first mentioned it that " .... It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make help meet for him." Genesis 2:18 - KJV

Since its inception, Girl Power has set out to help Women discover the exceptional traits that God has endowed them with and exploit these strengths to attain their individual destinies and for the greater good of society.
