Since its inception, Girl Power has recorded a number of achievements:

1. Annual Meetings
   Girl Power has convened several annual meetings since 2005, and the most recent are: Through it All (2010), Heritage (2008) and The Power of Love(2008). The first was “Magnetic Woman” in August 2005 and “In Season and Out of Season” in October 2005. In 2006, Girl Power organized the first ever Christian Women’s Business Convention with a Trade Exhibition whose catch phrase was “She considers a Field and Buys It”. The Trade Exhibition enabled women to network and establish fruitful economic ties. The business convention’s aim was to equip women with knowledge and sound biblical counsel in financial matters. 2006 was crowned with a special Christmas meeting marked by unprecedented interdenominational unity. In 2007, Girl Power held the same conference “Issues of the Heart” in two different countries, Uganda and Rwanda. The western region of Uganda hosted the first regional Girl Power Conference, “She is far More Than Rubies”.
   
   Each meeting has been fully inter-denominational in nature and gathered between 3000 – 10,000 women. In line with its objectives, Girl Power provided a favorable ambience for women to network and be empowered spiritually. The October 2005 meeting was graced by the presence of Trinity Broadcasting Network host and presenter, Lori Crouch.
2. International chapters
   In 2006 Girl Power successfully launched its international chapters in USA, United Kingdom, South Africa and the Middle East. These meetings were especially unique because men and women were equally enthusiastic about the vision of this women’s organization. The attendance in some meetings was well over 2000 people. Pastor Jessica will hold now conduct annual meetings in these countries. In 2007, Girl Power launched its national chapter in Mbarara District. The meeting was climaxed by the first Girl Power director for Mbarara District.
3. Online presence
   Girl Power has established an online presence reaching over 1500 women weekly via Facebook and Twitter. Pastor Jessica speaks into the lives of women, scriptural messages of encouragement aimed at restoring hope and vision.
4. Award system
   Girl Power has put in place a meritorious award system to contribute to their communities despite various challenges and disadvantages. This aimed at encouraging women in similar circumstances not to give up or lose hope.
