Girl Power Ministry has successfully been organizing annual conferences at Miracle Centre Cathedral in Uganda with an aim of celebrating and empowering people. During each event, Girl Power has prided itself in identifying and rewarding women of fortitude who have distinctively contributed to their societies and stood out as examples for others to follow.

The Girl Power 2010 Through it all Conference
This is the most recent event, held in December 2010 and it was dubbed “Through it all, a celebration of courage”. At the event people form different walks of life shared painful experiences and how they overcame them. Some of these people braved the pain that comes with the loss of the loved one while others had to rediscover themselves after acid attacks that left them disfigured for life. more..
